Matrix Composites & Engineering : appoints new CFO

Matrix Composites & Engineering Ltd (MCE) wishes to advise that Brendan Cocks has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Cocks will succeed outgoing CFO Peter Tazewell, commencing on 12 September 2016. Mr Cocks is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' experience across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, resources, retail, and professional services. He was most recently CFO at Kresta Holdings and has held CFO positions at other ASX-listed companies, including LogiCamms and Dampier Gold.

MCE Chief Executive Officer Aaron Begley wished to thank Mr Tazewell for his considerable service to the business over almost five years.

"Peter has delivered a number of significant, positive outcomes to Matrix and I'd like to thank him for the contribution he has made to the business and wish him well in his future endeavours," Mr Begley said.
