Maven Income and Growth VCT 6 PLC is a venture capital trust (VCT). The Company's investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation and generate maintainable levels of income for shareholders. The Company invests the majority of its funds in a portfolio of shares and securities of smaller, unquoted United Kingdom companies and Alternative Investment Market (AIM)/ICAP Securities and Derivatives Exchange (ISDX) quoted companies, which meet the criteria for VCT qualifying investments. It does not invest over one million British Pounds in any company in a year, and no more than 15% of its assets by cost in one business at a time. The Company has investments in various sectors, including energy services, support services, insurance, construction and building materials, telecommunication services, automobiles and parts, real estate, specialty and other finance, and engineering and machinery. Maven Capital Partners UK LLP is the Company's investment manager.
