The Management Board of mBank S.A. (the Bank) announces that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 30 March 2015 adopted a resolution on adjourning the session of the Annual General Meeting. The session will be resumed on 29 April 2015 at 3.00 pm at the Bank's premises at ul. Senatorska 18 in Warsaw. The aforementioned decision results from a letter delivered to the Bank on 30 March 2015 by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority recommending the Bank to retain the entire profit earned from 1 January to 31 December 2014 until the supervisory authority sets an additional capital requirement for the Bank. |
