On 18 June 2013 McBride plc was advised that Chris Bull, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 113 pence each.
Following this purchase Chris holds 320,000 ordinary shares in McBride plc (0.176% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)) and has an interest in 835,417 LTIPs.
On 18 June 2013 McBride plc was advised that Richard Armitage, Chief Finance Officer, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 113 pence each.
Following this purchase Richard holds 50,000 ordinary shares in McBride plc (0.027% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)), and has an interest in 535,937 LTIPs and 32,051 deferred bonus shares.
