McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) today announced preliminary voting results from its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held earlier today in Redwood City, California. All Board members were reelected and all Board vote recommendations were supported, including the recommendation to implement the company’s proxy access proposal.
