Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced today that its
board of directors had declared a regular quarterly common stock
dividend of $0.30 per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2012. The
dividend will be paid on July 6, 2012, to shareholders of record at
close of business on June 25, 2012.
