MEDIASET ESPAÑA COMUNICACION, S.A." in accordance with the provisions of the Article 228 of the revised text of the Stock Market Law, approved by Royal Decree 4/2015 on October 23rd, announces the following: RELEVANT FACT

In compliance with the provisions of articles 2.2) and 2.3) of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the EU Commission, of March 8th 2016, we make public that the Company has carried out the following transactions over its own shares as part of the Buy-Back Program, announced in the relevant fact published on February 23rd 2017, (registered under the number 248505), August 21st 2017:
