Fox International Channels Italy and Mediaset have reached an agreement for the distribution as part of the Mediaset Premium pay TV package of the new "Fox Sports" channel.

The channel will provide live coverage of matches from the leading European championships, from the English Premier League and FA Cup to the Spanish Liga and French Ligue 1.
As well as guaranteeing access to all the matches, the "Fox Sports" schedule will also feature a series of news bulletins and a range of sports-themed programmes.

"Fox Sports" will be included at no extra cost in the "Calcio" package of the Premium offer and will launch on 17 August with the start of the new League season.

Live coverage of the English, French and Spanish championships makes Premium's football offer more complete and competitive, also guaranteeing subscribers full coverage of Serie A, Serie B, the Champions League and the Europa League.
