Melia Hotels International : 186 hotels operated by Meliá Hotels International around the world receive the 2018 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor

Meliá Hotels International continues to enhance its reputation with the constant improvement of its hotels and their guest experience. Proof of this is the award of the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence to 186 of the company's hotels, a figure that continues to grow year upon year.

Tripadvisor is the world's largest travel review website and awards its Certificate of Excellence to company hotels which provide positive experiences and satisfaction to thousands of guests based on their hotel reviews and achieving a minimum rating of four out of five. 71 company hotels have also been included in the Tripadvisor Hall of Fame after having received the Certificate of Excellence for 5 consecutive years.

Hotels in all the different company brands have received the Certificate of Excellence, with highlights including hotels such as the Meliá Palma Bay in Palma de Mallorca, the INNSIDE Zhengzhou in China and Meliá Paris La Defense in France, which have seen their quality and service vocation rewarded in spite of only having been open for one year.
