MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MAY 24, 2018
Grenoble, France and Durham, North Carolina - May 25, 2018 - MEMSCAP (NYSE Euronext: MEMS), the leading provider of innovative solutions based on MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) technology, today announces that its annual ordinary shareholders' meeting was held on May 24, 2018, at 4:00 PM in the Company headquarters located at Parc Activillage des Fontaines, Bernin (38) - France.
At the shareholders' meeting held on May 24, 2018, MEMSCAP's shareholders approved with a large majority all meeting resolutions.
Shareholders present at the meeting, voting by proxy or by post represented 1 831 391 voting shares (24.58% of the total number of voting shares) and 2 275 905 voting rights (28.70% of the total number of voting rights).
