At the shareholders' meeting held on December 21, 2011,
MEMSCAP's shareholders approved with a very large majority
all the meeting resolutions.
Shareholders present at the meeting, voting by proxy or by
post represented 1 338 872 voting shares (28.46% of the total
number of voting shares) and 1 680 127 voting rights (33.07%
of the total number of voting rights).
