ANNOUNCEMENT
Mermeren Kombinat AD, Prilep ("Mermeren") has been informed that the majority holder Stone Works Holdings Coöperatief U.A. ("Stoneworks") in a block transaction has acquired additional 5.082 common shares (representing 0,11% of the issued share capital), with which Stoneworks becomes a holder of 89,25% of Mermeren's issued share capital. Тhe transaction was effected on 12th July 2018.
