On October 24th, MCC International Corporation Ltd signed with Taung Gold the framework cooperation agreement on the gold ore project of No. 6 Mine in Evander of South Africa. The two sides have agreed to sign the EPC general contracting agreement by means of exclusive cooperation after the feasibility study for the project is completed. The project is located in Gauteng Province of northeastern South Africa and Taung Gold has obtained its mining right.
Before the framework agreement was inked, both sides discussed details of cooperation and implementation plan of the project while looking forwarding to its promising prospect in a cordial and friendly atmosphere. Following the discussion, Zhu Yonggui, the General Manager of MCC International Corporation, and Mr. Neil Andrew Herrick, the General Manager of Taung Gold signed the framework agreement on behalf of the two sides, respectively, as symbolized the beginning of a new chapter of deep cooperation for both sides. 
Possessing large quantities of gold mine, Taung Gold is a South African company committed to sales of gold mine and mineral products. Signing of the framework cooperative agreement is intended to establish and build up a long-term, stable and win-win cooperative relationship for both sides and to carry out lasting cooperation in the aspects of mineral resources development and so on by giving full play to the advantages in terms of fund, technology, management, professional personnel and marketing of both sides.
