A grand signing ceremony for the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between MCC Shenkan Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (SKET) and Beijing Branch of China Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. (CPE) was convened in Beijing on July 22, 2014. The leaders present at the event included: Chairman Wang Mingbao and Vice General Manager Lang Junbiao of SKET; General Manager Liu Zhongmin of CPE Beijing; Zhao Yu, Assistant General Manager & Manager of Project Management Dept. of CPE Beijing; and Ma Xing, Assistant General Manager & Manager of Market Development Dept. of CPE Beijing. Prior to the signing ceremony, Wang Mingbao and Liu Zhongmin held a discussion. They reviewed the cooperative history of both parties, looked into the promising cooperation prospect in the future, conducted in-depth exchange on further strengthening the mutual strategic collaboration on exploration of overseas market, and culminated in consensus.
The strategic cooperation between CPE and SKET is the actual demand of the technical platform and the common sharing of resources. Both parties wished to: (i) establish open channels for communication in the fields of talent, technology and project; (ii) build up a technical exchange platform for information sharing and complementing each other's advantages; and (iii) conducting all-around strategic cooperation. Both parties agreed to take a substantial step forward in the near future, with the aims to promote the strategic collaboration to develop on a deeper and wider basis, and achieve fruitful results through the historic first cooperation.
