Metallurgical of China : Guangdong Provincial Committee Deputy Secretary and Governor Ma Xingrui and His Delegation Inspect MCC Huatian’s Buji River Comprehensive Treatment Project

　　On the morning of August 15th, Guangdong Provincial Committee Deputy Secretary and Governor Ma Xingrui, Provincial Committee Standing Committee Member and Shenzhen Municipal Committee Secretary Wang Weizhong and their delegation surveyed the national research section and black and odorous water treatment situation of the whole province, in the course of which they inspected the site of MCC Huatian's Buji River Comprehensive Treatment Project.

　　Provincial Governor Ma Xingrui gained a detailed understanding of the overall black and odorous water treatment situation in Shenzhen City and Longgang District, and specially listened to the secretary of the Longgang District Committee Gao Zimin's report on the Buji River Project. At the river construction site on Tiedong Road, Buji River Comprehensive Treatment Project Superintendent Zhang Rong reported on the project's construction situation in detail.

　　Ma Xingrui praised the positive contributions of MCC Huatian to the black and odorous water treatment of Shenzhen City and Longgang District, and gave his affirmation to its phased achievements. He emphasized that all regions and departments must continue to adhere to being problem-oriented, strictly carry out the missions entrusted to them by the country, strengthen the implementation of all comprehensive treatment measures, govern systematically and guarantee that the goals of water treatment can be achieved on time.

　　The survey was attended by relevant leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Committee and Government, Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Government, Longgang District Committee and Government, as well as leaders from the consortium project department member units of Buji River Comprehensive Treatment Project and so on. After Ma Xingrui's survey, Shenzhen Municipal Committee Secretary Wang Weizhong inspected the existing project difficulties and required the main district and municipal leaders to coordinate on such problems as the construction site around the Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway in person, and solve them as soon as possible.

　　On the same day, Ma Xingrui inspected such national examination sections as the Shenzhen Estuary, Shima River in Qiling Town, Yunhe Road and Zhangcun Road in Dongguan, Guangzhou West Channel Yagang, the water environment conditions of Liuxi River and the overall black and odorous water treatment situation of Shijin River.
