Metallurgical of China : Guizhou Vice Governor He Li Leads Group to Observe and Emulate MCC17 Project

On December 1st, Guizhou ViceGovernor He Li led a group of 150 persons, including leaders at all levels ofGuizhou, business people, personnel from scientific institutions, persons from industry associations and reporters, to observe and emulate the construction site of the MCC17 Group'sGuizhou Large Health Project in three batches.

Vice Governor He Li and his group visited stationed enterprises, listened to case reports of enterprises' preparations and carefully asked the responsible persons aboutsuch problems as thedevelopment plan and business model intheLarge Health Project's Building E4 Area. Vice Governor He Li gave full affirmation ofthe project's promotion, and exhortedthe responsible persons of relevant departments to further speed up building progress, and forge a good innovation and research environment. We should completegood service work in such aspects as enterprise mentor coaching, project development coaching and scientific & technical guidance so as to attract more high-level biomedical personnel and groups to start up undertakings and develop in Guizhou.

Vice Governor He Li and his group successively visited the A1 Clustering Stationed Units, Large Health Industrial Exhibition Center and Guizhou Qianlong Medical Examination Center in the Large Health Project'sA1 Clustering Area. He said that thelarge health pharmaceutical industry is an influential emerging industry. The government at all levels and relevant departments should improve and implement industry development planning and supportive policies, and adopt accurate and effective measures so as to create good conditions forthe large health pharmaceutical industry's development and do good service work for theenterprise's development.

Observation and emulation is an important node for theLarge Health Project, which marks the key progress achieved by its construction and investment attraction. The network planning has been refined layer by layer, theproject schedule has been in reverse order, thework schedule has been conversely forced ring by ring and the observing and emulating labor contest of2016has been carried out. The Project Department has been actively doing a good job of road security, atmosphere building and publicity exhibition for nearly a month, adding many highlights for the observation and emulation activity, and receiving high praise from the principal of the owner, the Wudang Economic Development Zone Management Committee.
