Metallurgical of China : Guo Wenqing Visits Tibet Autonomous Region Party Secretary Wu Yingjie

In the afternoon of December 13th, China Minmetals General Manager& Deputy Party Committee Secretary and MCC Group Chairman& Party Secretary Guo Wenqing visited the resident office of the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Government in Beijing and met with Tibet Autonomous Region Party Secretary Wu Yingjie. They held a deep conversation about further strengthening cooperation in highway construction, mineral resource exploitation and healthcare.

Guo Wenqing thanked the Tibet Autonomous Region Party Committee and Government for the support they have givento the business development of China Minmetals and MCC in Tibet. He then briefly introduced the strategic positioning of the new China Minmetals and the business development conditions of the MCC Group in Tibet. He said that the new China Minmetals is willing to engage in more cooperation with the Tibet Autonomous Region in highway construction, mineral resource exploitation and healthcare, and he hopes that the Tibet Autonomous Region Party Committee and Government will continue to support them as usual to achieve government-enterprise cooperation and win-win results.

Wu Yingjie thanked China Minmetals and MCC for their contributions to the economic and social development of the Tibet Autonomous Region. He then briefly introduced the economic and social development conditions of the Tibet Autonomous Region, pointing out that Tibet welcomes such powerful enterprises as China Minmetals and MCC. He hopes that China Minmetals and MCC will further expand and deepen their cooperation in many fields. The Tibet Autonomous Region Party Committee and Government will make great efforts to create a favorable environment and provide excellent services.
