Metallurgical of China : He Wenbo Investigates MCC Enterprise in Yunnan

On August 11th, Chairman and Party Secretary of the China Minmetals Corporation He Wenbo investigated MCC's enterprise in Yunnan Province, heard work reports by the MCC South Asia Company and MCC19 Group, and gave job requirements to the two companies. The meeting was held by MCC Deputy Chairman Zhang Mengxing.

After hearing the work reports by MCC South Asia Investment Development Co., Ltd. Chairman and General Manager Jiang Zhengshu and MCC19 Group Chairman and Party Secretary Tian Ye, Chairman He Wenbo sufficiently appreciated the business performance and innovative working methods of the enterprises in Yunnan, and gave job requirements. He said that the MCC South Asia Company was established by several companies, seized its market share, extended the market and created new opportunities and methods in Yunnan as a regional company of MCC, playing a positive role in further market development. The methods and experience of regionalization will be widely popularized within MCC, and the Group Company will give it strong support. A long-term and stable team combining the upper & lower and inside & outside is needed to develop a regionalized market; only in this way can it have continuity and sustainability, especially for establishing close relationships with locals.

He then stressed the importance of establishing a closer relationship, integrating the power of the two companies, cooperating well among all companies and departments subordinate to the Group Company as well as local companies in Yunnan, and expanding market together with the upper & lower and inside & outside after the recombination of the China Minmetals Corporation and MCC.

He also pointed out that China's economy has entered the new normal and Yunnan also presents many opportunities. Regional companies must create new areas, realize 'pursuing performance, advocating innovation, abiding by integrity and being happy to cooperate', and embody the value of central enterprise reorganization.
