Metallurgical of China : MCC Carries Out Integration and Business Recombination of CISDI and MCC-SFRE

In order to optimize the allocation of resources and defuse enterprise operation and management risks, after serious deliberation, MCC has decided to carry out the integration and business recombination of CISDI and MCC-SFRE.

In the afternoon of November 15th, MCC General Manager, Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Chairman Zhang Zhaoxiang visited MCC-SFRE to hold a leading body meeting, at which he made an important speech. MCC Standing Party Committee Member, CISDI Legal Representative and Chairman Xiao Xuewen hosted the meeting. MCC Enterprise Planning and Management Innovation Department Director Shao Bo read out MCC's decision to carry out the integration and business recombination of CISDI and MCC-SFRE.

Zhang Zhaoxiang pointed out that the integration and business recombination of CISDI and MCC-SFRE is a decision based on the development of MCC-SFRE and how to better help MCC-SFRE to get out of trouble. He emphasized that the decision for MCC-SFRE to return to CISDI was made after careful investigation, survey and research by MCC rather than being a short-term transitional decision of the past. He hopes that CISDI will undertake the obligations of a contributor, carry forward its technical, managerial and cultural advantages, and drive MCC-SFRE to escape its troubles using its techniques, technologies, equipment and so on. He also hopes that MCC-SFRE will grasp the favourable opportunity brought by the recombination, move with the trend and take practical action. Every member of its leading body should shoulder their own responsibility, set examples first and conduct strict management through hard efforts. Everyone must make great efforts to deepen reform and innovate bravely in ideology, organizational structure, precision management and the treatment of historical burdens, thereby maintaining the healthy and stable development of the enterprise through their own efforts. Zhang Zhaoxiang pointed out that MCC-SFRE has a stable high quality staff team which embodies the strength and foundation of the enterprise. It is believed that MCC-SFRE will quickly escape its enterprise development troubles under the management and leadership of CISDI.

MCC-SFRE's leading group members attended the meeting and aired their opinions; they showed that they resolutely accept MCC's decision and believe that MCC-SFRE will greet a new round of enterprise development opportunities under the guidance of the advanced management philosophy and technological research and development advantages of CISDI.
