Metallurgical of China : MCC Holds Second Extraordinary General Meeting of 2016

In the afternoon of August 23rd, MCC held its second extraordinary general meeting of 2016 in Beijing. The meeting was held by MCC Executive Director and President Zhang Zhaoxiang.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhaoxiang first extended his cordial thanks for the long-term focus of the shareholders attending the meeting. Afterwards, the meeting deliberated and authorized three bills: the Bill for Electing Mr. Yan Zhong'ai as The Company's Supervisor, the Bill for MCC Issuing Renewable Corporation Bonds of RMB 8 billion in 2016, and the Bill for MCC Issuing Corporation Bonds of RMB 2 billion in 2016.

The meeting was attended by some of the Company's shareholders, Worker Director Lin Jinzhen, Supervisors Peng Haiqing and Shao Bo, supervisor candidate Yan Aizhong, Vice Presidents Wang Yongguang and Zhang Mengxing, Vice President and Secretary of the Board Xiao Xuewen, Vice President and Chief Accountant Zou Hongying and the principals of relevant functional departments.
