Metallurgical of China : MCC Huatian Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Ma’anshan Municipal Government and Ma’anshan Municipal Hospital Group

　　In the afternoon of April 10th, MCC Huatian signed a cooperation agreement to become a shareholder in Ma'anshan Jiangdong Maintenance Co., Ltd. with the Ma'anshan People's Government (Jiangdong Holding Group) and Ma'anshan Municipal Hospital Group. The three parties will achieve high-quality resource integration, work together to build the high-end Jiangdong Health Maintenance Center Project and effectively boost the Ma'anshan Health Maintenance Project to a higher level.

　　In line with the agreement, the three parties will work together to explore new models of Chinese medical health maintenance, health management and institution-based rehabilitation, and jointly expand the health maintenance market of Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province and all over the world by establishing a long-term strategic partnership, integrating resources and adhering to the principles of complementary advantages, coordinated development and joint exploration.

　　According to the agreement, MCC Huatian will provide such consultation work as the scheming, planning, design and operation work for the later stage of the project through its technical and talent advantages, and make full use of its platform advantages and powerful resource integration capacity to actively participate in the operation of this health maintenance project by relying on the China MCC Health Maintenance Research Institute of Science and Technology.
