　　On July 19th, the MCC22 Group's Design Institute signed a design contract for the Phoenix New City Yuhua Avenue South Project.

　　Located in Phoenix New City Area of Lubei District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, the Phoenix New City Yuhua Avenue South Project includes the four regions A, B, C and D. The development and construction of Region A has already been completed. The overall floorage of regions B, C and D covers about 93,000 m2, including residential, business and office complex buildings. MCC22's Design Institute will undertake the planning, building scheme design and construction drawing design tasks for regions B, C and D.

　　Based on the goal of forging a system of public community environment spaces, MCC22's Design Institute will emphasize perfect service facilities and activity areas to create a comfortable humanized environment in each independent group, thereby enabling residents to enjoy different spatial experiences in 'public' and 'private' fields, and gain a 'returning home' sense of belonging.
