M6 MÉTROPOLE TÉLÉVISION RTL Group and M6 Group have today signed the acquisition contract for RTL's French Radio Division (structured around the radio stations RTL, RTL2 and FUN RADIO), having received both the approval of the CSA in relation to the terms and conditions for carrying out the transaction and the opinions of the employee representative bodies of the companies concerned.
The effective completion date for the transaction has been set at 1 October 2017. The Radio Division's financial performance will therefore be consolidated in M6 Group's financial statements with effect from this date.
With this acquisition, M6 Group is complementing its portfolio of multimedia activities and, having considered the opinion of the employee representative bodies, will introduce a single structure as of the last quarter of 2017.

In addition, M6 Group confirms that it has secured external funding of €170 million, including a bond issue (EuroPP - 7 years) of €50 million and three bilateral credit facilities with a maturity of 5 years.
