Metrostroy OAO (Metrostroy OAO) is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the underground construction. Its main projects comprise the construction of a subway and its stations within the Saint Petersburg area. The Company is also involved in the underground building, drilling and surveying works. The Company operates through five branches and a number of subsidiaries, located domestically. As of December 31, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was GUP Petersburgskiy metropoliten with a stake of 25%. On May 20, 2013, the Company increased its stake in METROKON ZAO from 20% to 100%.
