Michaniki Sa is a Greece-based group of companies active in the construction, real estate, energy and industrial sectors. Its construction activities include infrastructure and building projects, such as highways, bridges and tunnels, hydraulic and port works, metal structures, and building complexes and are carried out by the Company and through its subsidiary, Tholos S.A. The real estate development activities include residential and commercial projects, mainly focusing on such countries as Greece, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia and Egypt, and carried out through its subsidiary, Balkan Export S.A. In the energy sector, it is active in the construction and operation of hydroelectric power plants and has established four plants in Greece. Its industrial activities include the production of steel pipes, operation of quarry and processing of marble, and manufacture of processed wood products and are carried out through its subsidiaries, Hellenic Pipe Works S.A. and Marmara Kavalas S.A.
