With the new school year underway in many places around the world, we're releasing a set of updates to help teachers save time, be more organized, and have fun. Here are the updates for OneNote Class Notebooks, rolling out now:

iPad Class Notebook Toolbar

The OneNote Class Notebook toolbar is available on many platforms already, including OneNote Desktop, OneNote for Windows 10, OneNote Online and OneNote Mac. One of the top requests we've heard from you is for this capability to come to iPad. With today's update, we have started rolling out the Class Notebook toolbar for the iPad, adding teacher time-savers like page distribution, reviewing student work, and shortcuts to quickly launch and manage the Class Notebook.

OneNote on iPad now supports stickers

One of the most popular features of the Class Notebook has been the ability for educators to easily give fun and personalized stickers to students. Today, we're bringing those same stickers to the iPad platform - you'll find them waiting on the Insert tab.

New sticker packs in all Class Notebooks

Last July, the Education team put out a social media call through @OneNoteEDU to help our team figure out the next type of sticker packs we should design. After hearing from so many teachers across the world, we are excited to announce the two 'winning' selections:

Here are a few, fun examples from each of the new sticker packs:

Both of these sticker packs are rolling out this week and should show up in your stickers options soon. We plan on having more opportunities to work with the education community to help guide our next sticker packs, so stay tuned and watch the @OneNoteEDU Twitter handle for more.

New OneNote Online user interface rolled out

As announced last May in the OneNote blog, the core OneNote organizational user interface has been improved and updated. These improvements came after gathering feedback from teachers and students across the country, and to support our ongoing effort to make OneNote more accessible to all. Now, the OneNote Online web app looks and acts much like the other versions of OneNote, including OneNote for Windows 10, Mac, iOS, and Android.

Updated Class Notebook add-in for OneNote Desktop

We have also just updated the Class Notebook add-in to version 1.8.3.0, which includes some useful assignment and grade integration improvements, along with other bug fixes. To see release notes for this update and others, visit our Class Notebook add-in Instructions page. And be sure to click the Update button in your toolbar.

We hope you enjoy these new updates. As always, don't hesitate to reach out to us at @OneNoteEDU, or get help from classnbk@microsoft.com.
