Source Says Microsoft Likely to Retain Facebook Shares After Lockup Period -Bloomberg

Microsoft Corp. (>> Microsoft Corporation) will probably retain its shares of Facebook Inc.'s (>> Facebook Inc) after a lockup period expires Aug. 16, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing a person with knowledge of Microsoft's plans.
CNBC reported earlier that Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman was meeting investors in New York on Friday.
