The Board announces that Mr. WENG Ruo Tong has tendered his resignation as an executive Director with effect from 19 October 2016 due to his other work commitments in Mainland China.

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Min Xin Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') announces that Mr. WENG Ruo Tong (''Mr. Weng'') has tendered his resignation as an executive Director with effect from 19 October 2016 due to his other work commitments in Mainland China.

Mr. Weng confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that will need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to extend its gratitude to Mr. Weng for his efforts and valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office as an executive Director.
