MINCON GROUP PLC Mincon Group plc (ESM:MIO AIM:MCON), held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today, 27 May 2016, at Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon, Ireland and announces that all resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved.
