NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Minerva S.A. ("Minerva" or "Company"), the South American leader in the export of fresh beef and cattle byproducts, which also operates processed foods segment, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on the date hereof, the Company's Board of Directors approved the election of Mr. Edison Ticle de Andrade Melo e Souza Filho as the Minerva's Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Edison Ticle holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV, Business Economics from USP and Holds a master's degree in economics from FGV, and an MBA in business economics from USP. Mr. Edison Ticle began his career in 1999, at BTG Pactual. He also worked in Investment Funds, Constellation Asset Management, Black River Gestão de Investimentos (Cargill), and at Banco Safra, where he served as Treasury's Head Trader. In February 2009 Mr. Edison Ticle joined Minerva and, from April 2010 to January 2018, he was named as Company's Chief Financial Officer.

With a large knowledge of the Company and the sector, Mr. Edison Ticle returns with a very important role in development of financial and business strategies of Minerva.
