Mitsui & Co., Ltd. resolved the following changes at the meeting of the board of directors on January 20, 2015.

Shoei Utsuda is scheduled to retire as Director on the close of the general shareholders' meeting to be held in June 2015, and will be appointed as Counselor.

Tatsuo Yasunaga　is scheduled to be appointed as Representative Director subject to approval at the general shareholders' meeting and the meeting of the board of directors to be held in June 2015.
