Dr. David A. Evans offers a distinguished background in computational linguistics and the development of search-engine technology. He currently is President of Evans LLC and formerly served as a CEO and Chief Scientist in the JustSystems Group. He created the core technology in ConceptBase, the leading enterprise knowledge-management system in Japan. Dr. Evans holds a Ph.D. degree in Computational Linguistics from Stanford University. He was also professor of Linguistics and Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, where he established the Computational Linguistics Program and the Laboratory for Computational Linguistics.

Mr. Philippe Winthrop is a Director in the Global Wireless Practice at Strategy Analytics with his focus spanning all aspects of the mobility ecosystem. He has spent his entire career researching emerging technologies and their impact on the corporate value chain. Previously, Mr. Winthrop was a Research Director in Aberdeen Group's Wireless and Mobility Research Practice, IDC, George P. Johnson Company (GPJ) and Axle Ventures.

Mr. Ian Lambert has over thirty-nine years of experience in the management and financing of public companies. He has been with Trade Winds Ventures, Inc. for nineteen years and served as its CEO & President since 1996. Mr. Lambert's strengths are in the areas of corporate structuring and strategic planning, regulatory compliance with the SEC, as well as other regulatory authorities, public financing arrangements and investor and institutional liaison activities.

Mr. Dan Miller is the EVP Business Strategy at Ingage Networks (formerly Neighborhood America) and Managing Partner of both Startup Florida, LLC and BizTank, LLC. Mr. Miller has worked with many start-up companies to develop, organize and grow their businesses. He has become a well known subject matter expert and speaker on using technology and people to make companies more efficient and competitive.
