Milan, june 28, 2016 - Moleskine S.p.A. announces the purchase, from 20th June 2016 to 28th June 2016 of no. 259.397 treasury shares at an average price of 2,1976 per share, for a total maximum amount of € 570.058,26, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting held on 14 April 2016 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999).
