Brewer Tops the List of Companies Where the Most Canadians

What brings a job seeker to choose a prospective employer

The North-American brewer was ranked as 5th most attractive
employer in Canada overall at the 2012 Randstad Awards,
which were held in Toronto last night. The Randstad Awards
recognize the most sought-after companies by Canadian
workers and job seekers according to key drivers such as
benefits, corporate culture and community involvement.
"This recognition is a reflection of our people's passion
and commitment to building extraordinary beer brands and
offering outstanding experiences to consumers across
Canada", said Suzanne Niles, Chief People Officer, Molson
Coors Canada, following the awards ceremony. "It is truly
an honor we can be proud of and that I share with all our
employees across the country."
Molson Coors came in first place in two categories, namely
as the company that is most known to Canadians, and the one
where the most Canadians would like to work. "There seems
to be an aura that goes with working at Molson Coors, which
likely stems from the strength of our brands, the extent of
our commitment to Canadian communities and our 225-year
legacy", added Suzanne Niles. "When you combine these
factors, it's easy to understand why close to 20,000 people
