Moneta Money Bank : Information about Corporate Governance Consultation Exercise

The Supervisory Board is seeking shareholder views on the nomination of two new Board members: Mr. Gabriel Eichler and Mr. Tomáš Pardubický. Concurrently, Mrs. Zuzana Prokopcová has also been nominated to join the Audit Committee. The Supervisory Board is also seeking views on amendments to the contracts for certain of its members to align service terms across the Board. In addition, the Supervisory Board is consulting on the proposed remuneration structure for its members. MONETA will contact leading institutional shareholders to outline the proposals in detail and solicit their feedback. All shareholders will have the opportunity to participate in the consultation exercise if they so wish. Following this exercise, the bank plans to call an Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on the proposals. The meeting date will be set following the consultation period.
