Appointment of New Director

We, Monex-Saison-Vanguard Investment Partners, Inc., announce that Naho Nakajima, who has extensive experience in asset management business, including investment solutions business, was appointed as Director and Chief Investment Officer effective on May 1, 2018.

Most recently, as Head of Strategic Investment Solutions at Invesco Asset Management (Japan) Limited, Ms. Nakajima has played a key role in asset investment solutions business. She has built her career in asset management business through consultation on asset investment solutions and development of multi-asset strategies at Russell Investments Japan Co., Ltd., BlackRock Japan Co., Ltd. and Goldman Sachs Asset Management Co., Ltd.

With the addition of Ms. Nakajima to our management team, we expect to build a capacity to respond to diversifying needs of our clients and to provide the best asset investment strategies for our clients.
