Monsanto and Scott Partridge, Vice President of Global Strategy, will be honored with the Inspiring Innovation Award from the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR). The award recognizes Monsanto's development and implementation of a unique, business-led dispute management process creating a proactive industry-wide dispute identification and resolution program. The inaugural Inspiring Innovation Award will be presented at a dinner program on Feb. 16, as part of the first day of CPR's 2016 Annual Meeting in New Orleans.

'Monsanto and Scott have proven to be true innovators who devise new principles of engagement in an industry that is fraught with business-to-business disputes,' said Noah Hanft, President & CEO of CPR. 'Further, Scott's leadership in helping Monsanto to understand the importance of dispute management as a business, and not purely a legal, function embodies CPR's message that businesses should implement more thoughtful, holistic and corporate-wide approaches to identifying and resolving disputes.'
