Moog has launched a Return-to-Productivity program to give machine owners and operators with new and late-model Moog servo and proportional valves a way to restore their worn valves to like-new condition, with a renewed warranty. For new and existing Moog customers in Canada, Mexico and the United States of America, the program brings global support, preferential pricing and the highest quality repair services for a client's entire fleet of servo and proportional valves. For example, the program enables customers to now submit obsolete models for repair and restoration; eliminates the need for many of the pre-approvals previously required for fully discounted repairs; and includes a simple service agreement that gives a customer access to additional benefits such as free inspections of their valves.

'Through the program, we'll work with customers to determine when their servo valves need new, authentic factory parts and updates to the latest configuration,' says Christopher Valiquette, North American Sales Manager, Moog Industrial Services. 'The name Return-to-Productivity reflects the benefits our customers are experiencing with the program including reduced machine downtime, lower maintenance costs and better overall system performance.'

Return-to-Productivity ensures Moog's customers get predictable service costs and machine reliability due to the quality of the repairs performed by the original OEM, while protecting a customer's investment in their servo or proportional valve. The program reduces the time spent managing maintenance and keeps a Moog servo valve running in peak condition, which is critical to a machine's productivity.

'Calling an unauthorized repair house to service a Moog valve might seem like a way to trim service costs; it's not,' adds Valiquette. 'Nobody knows, or services, our valves better than we do; we have more than 60 years of experience designing and servicing valves. We show customers how to boost the productivity of our servo valves without breaking their maintenance budget.'

Customers can sign-up for the program by visiting http://info.moog.com/rtp/PR and remove the risk of a poor repair to their Moog valves from an unauthorized repair facility.
