MOSTOSTAL ZABRZE S.A. (MZSA) begins work under the U.S. Government Contract No. W912GB-16-C-0005, 'European Phased Adaptive Approach, Phase III, AEGIS Ashore in Poland'. The prime contract was awarded in February 2016 by the United States Army Corps of Engineers to Amec Programs Inc. Of Alpharetta, GA USA, following which MZSA signed the Construction Subcontract Agreement with Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc., USA. The MZSA scope of work is for the performance of services at Joint Base Redzikowo, Poland associated with civil works, delivery and erection of steel structure, delivery and installation of HVAC and water & sewage plant, as well as assembly of fuel pipelines.

The deadline for completion of the works, for which MZSA is responsible has been settled on 30 September, 2017.

According to the plans publicly released, the U.S. defence facility should be completed in late 2018.
