MoSys Regains Compliance with NASDAQ Minimum Bid Price Listing Requirement

SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MoSys, Inc. (NASDAQ:MOSY), a leader in semiconductor solutions that enable fast, intelligent data access for Cloud, network and communications systems, today announced that it has received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market's minimum bid price continued listing requirement. The letter noted that, as of March 2, 2017, the Company evidenced a closing bid price of its common stock in excess of the $1.00 minimum requirement for the last 10 consecutive trading days. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2) and NASDAQ considers the matter closed.

The Company is focused on the development and sale of integrated circuits (ICs) for cloud networking, communications, security appliances, video, monitor and test, data center and computing markets. The Company's primary product line is marketed under the Accelerator Engine name and includes the Bandwidth Engine IC products, which integrate Its 1T-SRAM high-density embedded memory and a serial interface protocol resulting in a monolithic memory IC solution optimized for memory bandwidth and transaction access performance.
