FY18 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ('DTR') 4.1.3, Motorpoint announces that the following documents have been posted to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:

· FY18 Annual Report and Accounts;

· Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Motorpoint which will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 24 July 2018 at Pride Park Stadium, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8XL;

· Form of Proxy; and
