INTERREGIONAL DISTRIBUTION GRID COMPANY OF THE NORTH-WEST 12.12.2014
In Moscow, a meeting of IDGC of the North-West, JSC (subsidiary company of IDGC of the Russian Grids, JSC) management with representatives of major shareholders took place.
Alexander Letyagin (General Director of IDGC of the North-West), Lauri Sillantaka (Portfolio Manager of EOS Russia investment company of Sweden) and Vladimir Sklyar (Head of the Analytical Administration Russia of Renaissance Capital Investment Company) discussed preliminary outcome of the electric power grid company operation in 2014, exchanged opinions as to solution of strategic tasks set for 2015 and ways to solve the existing problems in the interests of all the parties concerned.

The parties agreed to hold working meetings in the same format on a running basis; next year they plan to hold negotiations with engagement of Chairman of the Board of Directors of EOS Russia Seppo Remes.
