Decision:

Take note of the Report of General Director of the Company on Ensuring Insurance Protection in Q4 2016 in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this decision of the Board of Directors of the Company.

ISSUE No. 2: On consideration of the report of General Director on execution of calendar plans for commissioning of the Company investment programs facilities and a report on arrangement of public technological and price audit of the Company investment projects containing the results of aggregated analysis on the audits carried out and public and expert discussion conclusions.

Decision:

1. Take under advisement the report of General Director on execution of calendar plans for commissioning of the facilities included in the Company investment programs for 2016 in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to this decision of the Board of Directors of the Company.

2. Take under advisement the report of General Director on arrangement of technological and price audit of the Company investment projects in 2016 accordance with Appendix No. 3 to this decision of the Board of Directors of the Company.

ISSUE No. 3: On the Company giving charitable assistance.

Decision:

1. Endorse charitable assistance to be rendered by IDGC of the North-West, PJSC in 2017 in accordance with Appendix No. 4 to this decision of the Board of Directors of the Company.

2. Instruct the Sole Executive Body of IDGC of the North-West, PJSC to ensure funding of the charitable assistance without detriment to the planned financial result of activities with account for ensuring absolute execution of the index of reduction of specific operational expenses (expenditures) following the results of operation in 2017 as planned in the approved Business Plan of IDGC of the North-West, PJSC for 2017.
