Instruct the sole executive body of the Company to submit the draft of changes to the investment program of IDGC of the North-West, PJSC for 2016-2025 for consideration to the Board of Directors of the Company following the public consultation and with account of comments as specified in Appendix No. 2 to this decision, with the suggestions appended thereto received in accordance with Clause 8 of the Rules for approval of investment programs of electric power industry actors as approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 977 dd01.12.2009 "On investment programs of electric power industry actors" with a reasoned standpoint on each item set forth containing information on whether the suggestion was integrated in the draft investment program or was rejected.
