2.4. 2.5. Brief description of the intermediary services provided by the organization engaged by the Issuer:

- carry out, for and on behalf of the Issuer, payment of dividend having accrued following the outcome of the Issuer's activities in 2015 to individuals and entities registered in the register of shareholders and having the right to receive such dividend following the procedure established by the Russian Federation legislation as well as carry out interaction with nominal holders and trustees being professional participants of the security market that were registered in the Issuer's register of shareholders as of the date of generation of the list of persons having the right to receive dividend.

2.6. Amount of the reward due to the organization providing to the Issuer intermediary services during the Issuer discharging obligations under bonds or other issue-grade securities of the Issuer (such amount determination procedure):

The maximum tentative price of the contract shall be 2,378,192.01 RUB (two million three hundred and seventy-eight thousand one hundred and ninety-two RUB) 01 kopecks with VAT additionally charged on dividend postal remittance expenses, including:

3.1.1. Cost of the Registrar's services amounting to 1,698,095 RUB (one million six hundred and ninety-eight thousand ninety-five) RUB 00 kopecks. The cost of the Registrar's services is exempt from VAT in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Part 2, Article 149, Clause 2, Subclause12.2.) and RF Government Decree No. 761 dated 31.08.2013.

3.1.2. The cost of the bank and (or) post services related to sending and return of dividend in an amount no more than 680,097.01 (Six hundred and eighty thousand ninety-seven RUB) 01 kopeck (with VAT additionally charged on dividend postal remittance expenses). Payment for the bank and (or) post services related to sending and return of dividend shall be effected by the Issuer proceeding from the expenditures actually incurred by the Registrar.

2.7. Conclusion date of the contract by virtue whereof the Issuer has engaged the organization providing intermediary services to the Issuer during the Issuer discharging obligations under bonds or other issue-grade securities of the Issuer; in case of such contract taking effect other than from its conclusion date - effective date of such contract: Contract conclusion date: 28.06.2016. The Contract shall cover the Parties' relationships having originated since June 27th, 2016.
