IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division held the second stage of staff training within the implemented by the company pilot project for the development of the service "Performance of work within the competence of the customer in the grid connection procedure" ("Grid connection support"). 84 specialists of the customer relationship management Office participated in the study, who had the opportunity to get acquainted with the principles of customer focus, to acquire skills of conflict management.

IDGC of Centre is developing the service "Grid connection support" in order to create favourable conditions for development of small and medium-sized enterprises: entrepreneurs of these categories are the main customers of grid connection of electrical power installation up to 150 kW. The only thing that needs to be done by the customer, who chooses to use it, is to conclude an agreement with the company. The rest of it will be made by specialists of IDGC of Centre. They will draw up a set of documents for the application, if necessary, perform design work, perform changes and testing of electrical equipment, install electricity meters, construct a power transmission line circuit, etc. High qualification of employees of IDGC of Centre is a guarantee that all work will be carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.

Kurskenergo was chosen as the site to implement the pilot project by the company for the development of the service "Grid connection support" along with the branch "Voronezhenergo". Training of staff of customer service offices, marketing departments and other services of the branch is one of its first steps. The training program includes three modules - effective sales techniques, work with claims and bases of customer centric service. Education on the third module will take place in early November. As part of it Kurskenergo's specialists will acquire skills of business correspondence, basic rules of responding to consumer requests, master the basics of customer service and other useful specialized knowledge.
