ROSSETI CENTRE As part of the investment program implementation IDGC of Centre is constructing the 110/10 kV substation (SS) "Christmas" in Krasninsky district of the Lipetsk region.
The new power facility with its projected capacity of 50 MVA will provide electricity to an automotive cluster of LLC "Motorinvest" that will become the engine of economic development in the region. Before the start of the SS "Christmas", scheduled for the end of 2014, the plant's needs will be covered with a mobile 110 kV substation of Lipetskenergo, commissioned in July last year.
To date, at the site of the future facility a grounding circuit substation was mounted, 10 kV switchgear was installed, the foundation for power transformers was laid, and an oil receiver was mounted. In the near future the company's specialists will install the main equipment of the substation and the first power transformer of 25 kVA.
In terms of equipment "Christmas" will be one of the high-tech substations in the region, which will have the equipment installed that meets all modern requirements for reliable and trouble-free operation of power grid facilities. It is also planned to install modern systems of remote control, monitoring and supervisory control.
Total funding for the construction of the new substation together with power lines will be about 110 million rubles.
