For the 1st half of 2014 IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division received more than 11,000 requests on energy supply issues. Of these, 3,194 were application for grid connection to the networks of the branch. More than a quarter of all incoming calls were received at Customer Service Centres. 398 customers requested additional services at the CSCs. The most popular services for 6 months were installation, replacement and sealing of advanced metering devices, maintenance and repair of private package transformer substations and overhead lines, as well as applications for servicing outdoor lighting.

To date, in the territory of the Tver region there are 6 Customer Service Centres. The central office is located in Tver, 5 more centres are in major regional cities - Bezhetsk, Torzhok, Kimry, Rzhev and Konakovo.

The CSC work is conducted in different directions, which allows consumers to address emerging issues related to the activities of the branch as a system. The CSC experts accept applications for grid connection, additional services, as well as provide advice on payment for electricity, collection of documents for the contract for energy supply for individuals and legal entities. Any CSC provides a consumer with such services as installation, replacement of metering equipment, testing and diagnostics of high-voltage equipment, electric protection means, maintenance and repair of private package transformer substations and overhead lines, complex maintenance of automated information-measuring electricity system (AMI).
