ROSSETI CENTRE IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division took the 2nd place in the regional contest 'The collective agreement, the efficiency of production - the basis of the protection of social and labour rights' in the nomination 'The best collective agreement in organization of the production sphere'. The award ceremony took place in the administration of the Lipetsk region.
Over 100 organizations and enterprises of the Lipetsk region took part in the labour competition. Winners were determined in four categories - among enterprises of production and non-production sphere, small businesses, as well as for development of social partnership and providing additional guarantees to employees.
This contest has been held annually for 15 years already in the region. Its purpose is to attract public attention to the importance of social programs in the life of the company, identification of organizations seeking high performance in personnel management, demonstration, research and dissemination of successful experiences of social development and forms of social partnership.
'We are proud of this victory! It has once again demonstrated that our company always follows the principles of social partnership. After all, such a policy not only provides social security for each employee, but also promotes efficient operation of the enterprise,' commented Head of HR department of 'Lipetskenergo' Katerina Mushnikova.
