Rating Agency Standard&Poor's issued a report which affirmed the long-term credit rating of IDGC of Centre on the international scale at 'BB-', Outlook - Stable, short-term credit rating at 'B' and national scale rating - at ruAA-.

In the report Standard&Poor's noted strengths of the Company: the dominant position at the power transmission market in 11 regions of the Central Federal District of Russia, on the territory of which IDGC of Centre operates; generation of a stable cash flow from operating activities; moderate policy to attract leverage resources, as well as the possibility of obtaining government support in case of crises in the economy.

IDGC of Centre - one of the few companies in the distribution grid complex, which received the credit rating from an international rating agency. Standard&Poor's assigned the credit rating to IDGC of Centre in November 2009.
